Order cancellation

You can cancel your order in case you have completed but it has not yet been posted. This option is provided to you until the moment we will inform you about the shipping of your order via e-mail.

Return Policy - Exchange

You have the right to return the product you ordered from the present e-shop www.sielgems.gr within 5 working days from the day of your order and exchange it with another of the same value. No money returns are accepted.

The expenses of the return and exchange of the product and any other expenses will be charged to the client.

Returns are accepted only if the product, the package, the guarantee and the receipt are in the same condition as delivered, not used, not missing, not damaged.
