Shipping methods

Orders are sent via courier Geniki Taxidromiki for Greece and Cyprus.

The following charges do not apply for shipping orders to Cyprus, Europe and the rest of the world. Please email the company so we can serve you.

The company SIEL GEMS is based in Nafplio, 28 Vassileos Konstantinou in the old town. The physical store is “The Worrybead of Nafplio”

For shipments within the city of Nafplio and up to 2 kg weight, the cost is 3.00 €. For each additional kilo the charge increases by 1.00 €.

For prepaid orders by card, bank deposit or via IRIS, the shipping costs are as follows:
For delivery to land destinations of the Geniki Taxidromiki SA network, with delivery the next working day, the charge is € 7.00 up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.00. (For some shipments city - delivery city the time can be extended to 2 working days).

For shipment to island destinations of the network of Geniki Taxidromiki SA, with delivery within 2 working days, the charge is € 7.00 up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kg, the charge is € 1.00. For the areas outside the city limits of the network of the Geniki Taxidromiki SA, (inaccessible areas) with delivery within 1-3 working days, the charge is € 7.00 up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to 1.00 €.

For cash on delivery, the charge is € 5.00 up to 2 kg. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.20.
